Roland Horn was born on September 17th, 1943, in New Orleans, La, to Naomi and Eli Horn, and was the third oldest of 6 siblings. Roland went to Mission Highschool, where he graduated in 1961. After highschool, he joined the military, serving in the AirForce for one tour. While stationed in Spokane, Washington, he met Dolores, and from this union, a daughter, Rolena and son, Timothy were born. In 1968, Roland began working at the …
