When I first met Rodney as a 5th grader, I led him on a tour of our school. All I could think about was how ADMIRABLE of a child. I prayed that my son would grow up to be as intelligent, outgoing, and kind-hearted as him. I loved meeting him and couldn't wait for him to become a part of our school community. Rodney loved science and math and played the violin. When I spoke to him about joining the basketball team he gave me a big smile and told me “I’m going to grow tall pretty soon.” Rest easy Rodney.
