In honor of Rod's love for the lake, we will be holding his Celebration of Life right on the water at an exclusive venue on Lake Austin near the Pennybacker Bridge. This is a private establishment and will require you to check-in with security. Please list your full name and anyone riding with you in your RSVP so you can get through the entrance gate.
Park in the lot at the bottom of the hill. Walk down the main gravel drive (between the buildings) towards the lake. The celebration will be held in a bar/lounge by the water called Charlie's Place. If you have mobility impairments and need golf cart assistance to Charlie's Place from the parking lot (it's about a 2 minute walk), call Kristen, Rod's Daughter, at 512-773-2783.
We will have BBQ for lunch and a cash bar (only cards accepted).
