I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 12 years ago and I’ve been on carbidopa levodopa since but my hands were still shaking so last July I had PD-5 formula and it was the best decision I made. I feel like a new woman and I can eat soup again! We feel very fortunate to have learned about the PD-5 formula.. Visit or Google Limitless naturalwellness. co m DON’T GIVE UP HOPE!!!

Dr. Urie was my family therapist beginning in 1978 until I was 16 in 1985. My mother and I had a tumultuous relationship and he made my childhood feel a lot less lonely. He came to my mom’s 70th birthday party in 2001 and I ran into him a few years later when I was in grad school. He is a lot of the reason that I decided to be a therapist as well as why I didn’t end up being a complete mess. He told me then that he was glad I was in the field and that he felt I would be a credit to the profession. I can’t begin to say how much that meant to me.

My life is so much better for him having been in it. Thank you to Christine and his kids for sharing a part of him with me. I’m sad to find out he’s no longer in the world.

We are sorry for your loss.  Dr. Bob was astute, kind and reassuring.  Christine, we will always remember how much I was made to feel that life mattered and I could make a difference.  Sandy B.

Feeling for Chris and family.  Bob is at rest.  Such a wonderful man!  I just found out about this recently.  I received a friend message from Bob’s Facebook page.  It may have been hacked.  Thought you might want to know.   Sending love, Chris Hawes Godfrey

Very sorry to hear about Dr Urie's passing. He was such a kind man . I had Rachel as a student at Paseo Academy & her family was awesome! Always involved, supportive and a joy to be around! I will pray for all of you & know that you are loved by many ❤️
I had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Urie through his daughter Rachel. Rachel was an amazingly talented dancer at Paseo Academy of Fine and Performing Arts. Bob and Chris were huge supporters of the Arts and understood the importance of the Arts in education. Dr. and Mrs. Urie not only were always present at Rachel's performances, but were a presence as a support for those students whose parents could not attend. I have many fond memories of Dr. Urie. His legacy will live on through his children.

Sorry to hear about Bob. Yes he was a quiet and gentle person. Bob also hit the 4 iron the best I ever saw, deadly. He will be missed. Nelson Hopper
Bob is the best, professional and personally.  I was honored to know and count him as a friend.  He was so important in Pam and my working thru a very difficult time.  And following that, he was a fabulous golfing buddy. Putting yips…he said, “get a left-handed putter “!  Well, my friend….you’re right and absolutely an incredible person.  One of the best,,,and a wonderful friend.
We are so sorry for your loss.   Prayers to the family. Norm & Marcia Runyon

Christine,I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing.I think back over all of the years of knowing him with fond memories both professionally and through the Breakfast Club.

Just know that he is in a much better place now.Having been where you are now ,after losing Sharlea, time will your ease your pain but you will always have beautiful memories.

Bob was a caring man to all. He will be missed. Dave Hahlen

Bob Urie was a wonderful guy. We spent a lot of time over the years at NKC Breakfast Club talking . He spent a lot of time with people with problems. Just like I did with my Divorce clients. When we talked about the stress we both had, we kept each other up on the road so we could go back and deal with the "crazy people" You miss him and so do I and the 100 guys at Breakfast Club.

Be strong and remember his Smile.

I was saddened when I heard the news of Bob’s passing.  We met in 2012, when I joined The Breakfast Club.   He was such a gentleman.  Parkinson’s is a terrible disease.  All the men on my fathers side had Parkinson’s. I hope the small donation made in Bob’s honor will help solve this horrible disease.  Rest in peace Bob.
Bob was a wonderful human being, as well as an excellent psychologist.
He was very helpful to my wife during her recovery process after having a heart attack.

He was a highly valued member of the North Kansas City Breakfast Club.
