This fund has been established to honor Bob and support the Soper family. In lieu of lowers, the family is accepting donations to assist with funeral costs, life expenses, and education funds for his youngest child.
All money raised will go directly to the family. While no donation is expected, the family is incredibly grateful for everyone's love and support.
