As a kid growing up, spent great times visiting Aunt Bev and Uncle John and my O’Brien cousins in Oak Park. Bob was older than me but we had a lot of fun and laughs. I’ll never forget I was about 8/9 years old: Bob took me on his mini bike and we got chased by the Oak Park police through the alleys. He drove  the bike into some bushes and yelled at me “RUN”! Run where? We got separated, but the police never caught us. We laughed heartily later.I looked up to Bob like a big brother; he was my hero growing up. He was the definition of cool. Miss you Bob. RIP cuz.

I want to take a moment to thank a friend of mine for donating $500.00 to the American Cancer Society.  I am so moved, such a large donation.  Thank you Cyndi from the bottom of my heart❤️❤️

I am so sorry to hear about Bob. He was such a great guy and an awesome dad. I’ll always remember hanging out at your place, eating ramen, and laughing at your dad’s jokes  The comments during fantasy football were great as well when I was apart of the group still.  You could see how much he loved you in the way he was always there, ready with a smile or a silly comment. He made those moments special. Thinking of you and your family. Rest in peace.

I am sorry to hear of Bob’s passing

As Bob’s niece, I have many warm memories of my uncle teaching me how to throw a punch, letting me zoom around the house on my big wheel and listening to Elton John’s “Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting “

As an adult, he immediately made time for my husband and I for a dinner outing with himself, Karen, Tim and Tracy when we were visiting from Arizona. Uncle Bob also stood up for me recently during a rough patch when I was down.

My Uncle Bob was a caring and gentle soul.

Rest peacefully Uncle Bob.

This was beautifully written. It was a joy and a pleasure to have had Bob in our lives. His stories were a hoot and a holler.  We will miss him always and forever. We are grateful that he got to meet and spend time with Mason.
