Robert Payson Morris, 78, of Crow, Oregon and formerly of Lodi, California passed away Sunday June 20th, 2021 due to complications of Parkinsons Disease. Robert was born on September 26th, 1942 in Glendale, California and spent his early years living in different locations while his father was an engineer of The Bechtel Corporation.
