Robert "Bobby" Mckinley, 53, of Wheeling West Virginia passed away on March 18 2022 after a short battle with cancer. Bobby was born on April 20 1968 In 1986, he met Stacy Mckinley, and they wed in 1990 going on to have 3 children, Erica ,Jake, Alex. Bobby was a comedian to everyone who knew him there was never a sad or dull moment with him. His family meant more to him than anything else …
