Robert "Bobby" Mckinley, 53, of Wheeling West Virginia  passed away on March 18 2022 after a short battle with cancer. Bobby  was born on  April 20 1968 In 1986, he met Stacy Mckinley, and they wed in 1990 going on to have 3 children, Erica ,Jake, Alex. Bobby was a comedian to everyone who knew him there was never a sad or dull moment with him.  His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, So did his dog Dazzy Mae and Max and Busta .    Bobby was also a passionate about his games on his cell phone watching the I.D channel ,  Fishing and spending time with his Granddaughters Lea Briggs and Harlee Briggs. Anyone who knew Bobby  knew that he was the most loving father and husband and poppy a family could ask for. He is survived by his wife of 31 years Stacy Mckinley of Wheeling west Virginia His only daughter Erica Mckinley 31 and his favorite son and law Dustin Bulger from Barton Ohio His fishing and golfing buddy Jacob Mckinley 30 of Bridgeport Ohio and last but no least his baby boy Alexander Mckinley 26 of Youngstown Ohio  .
