Robert C. Glover II was born on March 25, 1963 in Los Angeles, California to Mr. & Mrs. Robert Christopher and Jacqueline Glover. As a young child he moved with his family to the Ivory Coast, Nigeria, France, and Spain where he became fluent in Spanish.
