Robert E. Gernhard 1942 - 2018 Moosup - Robert E. Gernhard 76, of Moosup died Thursday morning at his home with his family by his side. He was born in Norwich on January 26, 1942 the son of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Kendall) Gernhard. Richard was employed most of his life as an electrician supervisor at General Dynamics retiring in 1997. He continued working after retirement for the Norwich Bulletin and Canterbury Schools. He …
