My condolences to Bob's family. I first met Bob when I joined GTE Sylvania in Costa Rica, where I worked as a manager for 20 years, after which he retired. He was my “super boss”, lot of learning and happy memories. I will always remember you Bob. Rest In Peace
My husband Jaime & I meet Bob & Pat @ my sister’s Halloween party (The TANNEHILL’s) & every year & every gathering we saw both Bob & Pat , they were always so much fun & generous with their time .  Bob was always the life of the party.  My husband & I are very sorry to hear of his passing & send our prayers to all his loved one, especially Pat.
To Pat, Lisa, Kelly and families, I just got word from Phyllis about Bob’s passing. My sincere sympathies to you all. I have such fond memories of Bob & Pat and the wee Burgess girls during Mardi Gras in Haiti. He made a mark on this crazy world and all who knew him. Find peace in your wonderful memories - you know he is smiling and laughing at us all from above!

I was so sorry to hear about Bobby's passing. In all the years we have known him, since I was child living in Costa  Rica, or later in life when I introduced him to my own family,  he was always a kind and welcoming person, who could light up a room with his laughter.  He will be dearly missed by all but never forgotten.

Our love and deepest sympathy to Pat, Kelly and Lisa.

Love,

The Reddick Williams family:

Michael, Angela, and their sons Gabriel and Ronin

Me uno al dolor de la familia Burguess y pidiendo a Dios por el gozo eterno de su alma lo conocí en Costa Rica en Sylvania excelente jefe y excelente ser humano paz a sus restos.

I deeply admired Bob Burgess, and he was one of my most important mentors. He was an amazing corporate executive who knew how to use power, and who commanded respect from all who crossed his path, for they were in awe of Bob!

Rosa and I first met Bob and Pat over 4 decades ago in Haiti, and they graciously welcomed us into their joyful family! Our families socialized together quite frequently, and we became lifelong friends. Bob and I worked together (we also were tennis partners!) and collaborated on many projects, first in Haiti and then later in Costa Rica. In our respective retirements, this wonderful friendship spanned the distance between Florida and our home in Virginia.

All our love and deepest sympathy to Pat, Kelly and Lisa.

God bless you Mr. Bob Burgess, you and your WONDER-FULL family really livened things up in Haiti when you arrived.
