I met Robert at a medical office I worked at and quickly fell in love with who he was. I’ve never met someone so excited about life. The amount of compassion, love and joy he had each day I saw him was like no other. He spoke of loving Jesus and always was reading a book about some historical event. He always had a hug to give and a smile to share. I truly felt he was a genuine example of how Jesus calls us to live- to be this light of love and joy! I always noticed he wore SO many layers of jackets and long sleeves! He was always walking around through the neighborhood. Though our interactions were brief, he touched my life so profoundly and I’m even more touched to read of his entire legacy. Condolences to his beautiful family that he talked so highly of!
