I worked with Rita and never met a more dedicated teacher.  She told me one day she needed to redo her lesson plan because she didn't feel it was the best she could do.

I also cleaned her house in Inver Grove Hts., Mn since we lived so close together.  The first time I cleaned her house, she called me later to tell me what a good job I had done (I hadn't cleaned anyone's house before, so I'm sure I didn't do the best job)!

At work, a lot of the staff had lunch together and she would tell her about her weekends and how she made meals all weekend and how much she enjoyed it.  We were all just amazed at her generosity and stamina, despite her illness.
