Rita M. Boatner passed away at Phelps County hospital in Rolla, Mo June 28, 2021. She was born June 19, 1965 to Richard Wilson and Mildred (Spencer) Becker in Jefferson City, Mo. Rita attended high school in New Franklin, Mo. Rita spent the better part of her life as a caregiver to the elderly and then as a babysitter later in her days. Rita’s home was full of love and always open to everyone. She …
