Rick J. Smith, age 66, of Bloomington, MN died on November 20, 2024, after a short battle with a rare and aggressive type of cancer.
He graduated from St. Olaf College with a degree in Political Science and English and American Studies. He spent the majority of his career in higher education holding many positions including multiple as Vice President. He was very passionate about many things including helping first generation and disadvantaged college students …
