Richard Paul Spratt, age 62, of Decatur, AL, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
Richard was born in Pittsburgh, PA on April 19, 1962, and was raised in Bethel Park, PA. Rich is survived by his wife of 40 years, Lisa (Blumer) Spratt, sons Preston (Monica) Spratt of Huntsville, AL, Jacob Spratt of Arlington, VA, and Philip Spratt of Atlanta, GA; granddaughter Sunny Marie Spratt of Huntsville, AL; siblings Jeffrey (Sherri) Spratt of Columbus, OH, …
