Our family thanks you for visiting the Memorial Page for the life of my grandfather, Richard Mason Helsel. We have provided Memorial information if you are able to attend Richard's Memorial Service on 10/19 in Uvalde, TX. Please let us know if you can make it by RSVPing on this website no later than Sunday, 10/13.

Obituary

Richard Mason Helsel, age 80, died at home with family, entering heaven's gates on August 30th in San Antonio, Texas. Richard was born on July 30th, 1939, in Edgemont, South Dakota to parents Mason and Estella Helsel. Richard graduated from Edgemont High School (1957), Trinity Bible College (1961), Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dairy Production (1969) and completed his Master's degree work in Agriculture Economics.
