Richard George Gulbraa was born January 26, 1954 in Juneau Ak to Totiana Feenstra, in 1956 Richard Was Given up for Adoption by State of Alaska to his life long parents who loved him dearly an raised him like there own, (Father) Sigard & (Mother) Arlene Gulbraa. Richard lost his wife in 1989 to Terminal Cancer, he never got remarried & he raised there 3 children, he is loved very much an will be truely missed by his children, grandchildren & greater grandchildren. He enjoyed being a dad & uncle, he loved the out doors, working & spending time with family. He will always be remembered & truly missed by his family & many others..
