Richard George Gulbraa was born January 26, 1954 in Juneau Ak to Totiana Feenstra, in 1956 Richard Was Given up for Adoption by State of Alaska to his life long parents who loved him dearly an raised him like there own, (Father) Sigard & (Mother) Arlene Gulbraa.
