It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard Paul Gagnon, who passed away on July 7, 2025, from pancreatic cancer at the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center in Wilmington, NC. He was 77 years old.
Born on April 4, 1948, in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Richard spent much of his childhood in Westminster, MD, where he attended St. John Catholic High School from 1st grade through 12th grade. His academic journey led …
