Richard Fox, 65, Philadelphia venture capitalist, passed peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on March 19, 2019. He was born January 16, 1954 in Gloversville, New York to Mitchell and Beatrice Fox. His father, a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, owned Frankel’s, which burned down in a fire with 5 other stores in 1967. His mother, a student of the Curtis Institute and The Juilliard School, was a classically trained concert violinist …
