On December 21st, 2025 Richard " Dick" Shepherd passed away at his home in Mequon, Wisconsin.
Richard was born in Spring Green Wi and grew up in Argonne Wi. He was always proud of being a Wisconsin farm boy. His early years as a Boy Scout led him off the farm into summer employment during high school and college as a member of the Samoset Council, BSA camp staff. The experience that led to an …
