Richard "Foghorn" Dawson Sr, 69, of Kasson, MN, passed away on July 05, 2022.
Richard was born on August 14th 1952 in Texas. Then moved to Minnesota when he was 5. He grew up in Rochester. After graduating from Mayo High School in 1971 he went into the navy. He met his wife Suzan Stowell in 1976. They had 2 children. Richard and Peggy. His family meant more to him than anything else in the …
