Just heard about this! He was such a sweet man! Picked me up for Church and was a great friend to both of my parents that passed away. Wish I could have been there! Prayers to the family.

I’m sitting here with tears in my eyes, not having heard that Richard had passed away. I am my wife. Cheri lived across from Richard on Kenmore Drive for quite a few years. I knew Richard to be a very loving person, very caring person, one, who would, give you the shirt off his back, if you needed it. I regaled in his stories of his youth, his fishing, expeditions, and how he loved his daughters more than anything in the world, I for one will miss Richard Bryant in very profound way. I know he relish the times that he spent with Gene on his boat, and the fishing exploits they had together. He talked often of them being together, and how his daughters made his life overflow with joy. I realize that I was only one of his admirer, but I will always remember him working on his boat in the driveway, and being happier than a hog in slop.  Rest Peacefully my friend, Richard Bryant, I hope the fishing up there is as good as ever and you have tall tails to tell me about one more day we meet again. I loved you as a brother and mentor, I, will never forget our time together, my friend.

Richard will be greatly missed in our family.  There is a star that is shinning brighter, because of him.  May God help us all in keeping his memory alive.

Jennifer, Jeanette and Pam, I am so sorry for your loss, I know how you feel.  In all honesty we all grieve differently, but we are not alone.  May our Lord give you extra peace over the next few weeks, months and years.  These are the hardest to cope with, but you have each other to lean on.  God Bless.

Cousin Patty
