It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard “Jeff” Bing on October 27, 2025. Born on July 13, 1956 in Kenmore, NY, Jeff brightened the world with his thoughtfulness, forgiveness, and forward-looking spirit. His kindness and generosity knew no bounds, touching countless lives and leaving a legacy that will never fade.
