Richard “Benny” Stelzer died on October 8th, 2023. He was 88 years old, and he was a character to say the least. As many say: “Practically everyone in this town knows Benny”. Rarely does someone come into your life, even if it was a brief chance encounter, that sticks with you for a lifetime. Benny was that guy. He would strike up a conversation with anyone and everyone.
