When we lost Rick, I lost a close personal friend of more than 25 years 😒

Thankfully, "Ricky B." is finally at home with Jesus, where there is no more sorrow, no more pain, and where God will wipe away EVERY tear from our eyes! Please pray for his wife, Robin Grace , their daughters, Katherine (& her husband) & Elizabeth. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Rick was amazing guy, a true & loyal friend. We had been accountability partners for each other in Recovery, we met with each other, & several other guys, in the same accountability group weekly for over 20 years. We also served on NUMEROUS Teams for Christian Retreats and movements like The Walk to Emmaus, and Kairos Prison Ministry (usually on the Music Team together).

He was a great (& natural) musician on bass, guitar & percussion & we often had jams together at his house in Austin, or at their new place at Canyon Lake, when I would go down there visiting my wife's folks. And, as a matter of fact, he was the Music Leader for the Walk to Emmaus I was the Lay Director of in 2008, and he was looking forward to being the bass player for our Kairos Music Team at The Ferguson Unit in June of 2020 (that has been rescheduled to December of 2021, due to COVID).

Rick was one of the strongest Christians, and people I know. He had been fighting the Good fight against Cancer for 6+ years, when they told him he only had 6 months! And, while he and God were "kicking Cancer's ass," he was still playing bass in the Canyon Lake North Shore UMC Praise Band! We had even talked & shared ideas on the music theory he was learning about bass chording, and some other lessons I had found for guitar on YouTube...as little as two weeks before he was gone!

Can't wait to get to see him again & jam with him for eternity. Keep on rockin' for Jesus, my brotha!
πŸ™β™₯️✝️🎢 Love ya, Rick Beale
Rick and his family were neighbors of ours for many years. Our kids grew up knowing each other and we shared numerous events and get-togethers. Rick, Robin and Elizabeth attended mine and Trish's wedding and we were at Katherine's wedding. It was great to see the family even after they moved away. We were so sorry to hear of Rick's passing.

Sincerely, Ann McCracken and Trish Young
I only had the privilege of knowing Mr Beale for a short time, but his love for his family, music and the great outdoors was always evident. The love between him and Robin is a goal many couples aren’t able to reach. The world could use more souls like his!

My prayers are with the Beale family. Ricky was a wonderful person and a brother in Christ.
A wonderful Christian soul full of love, laughter and music. I remember Ricky as a tall confident quarterback in high school. In later years my wife and I meet Robin, Katherine and Elizabeth at several. Christmas parties and musical get togethers. A beautiful family of kindness and love is the greatest legacy a man can achieve and Ricky certainly has. Thank you Ricky Beale for our friendship,. Rock on Big Guy
