On Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at the age of 61, Richard Reginald Beale passed away surrounded by loving family in his home in Canyon Lake, Texas. Rick was born on January 27, 1959, in Beaumont, Texas, to Luther Alton and Vera Elizabeth (Kinnear) Beale.
