On Monday, February 15, 2021 Richard Lee Armstrong passed away peacefully at home with family. He was born September 5, 1944 to Burl and Connie(ZIEGLER) Armstrong. He was a proud Army Veteran and retired sheet-metal worker Local Number 2. He enjoyed traveling, camping and relaxing at the lake with family and friends. He was handy at almost anything; he enjoyed the challenge of fixing things, tinkering in the garage or helping friends and family with …
