Richard Andrew Hanlon, age 63 of Cape Girardeau passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at his home.
He was born October 21, 1956 in St. Charles, Illinois son of Michael Thomas and Marilyn Jane Andrews Hanlon.
Richard was a veteran of the United States Army having served enlisted on January 30, 1974, and honorably discharged July 25, 1977. After his honorable discharge, he returned home and worked as an over-the-road truck driver for many years. …
