Rica was a loving and kind neighbor to us. She would always bring a Christmas treat at the holidays. We will hold her in our hearts forever .

Words of sympathy feel inadequate to express sorrow for a loss so great.  Rica was kind, caring, considerate and fun - I was lucky to know her.  I’m sending the Novy family all my love and support during this very difficult time.

Rica was always there to visit when Tatang (Dad) was in the hospital and apparently even stayed put just so my sister could go home and rest.
Rica visited Nanang (my Mom) and auntie Nena when she went home a few years ago to attend Manong Eddie’s funeral (her only sibling).
Those spoke a lot about how thoughtful and kindhearted she was.
My dear Rica Rose, I pray that God will welcome you now in heaven and may you eternally rest in peace with all the Saints and the faithful. You will be greatly missed. Until we meet again.

We are so sorry for your loss. Rica was an absolutely delightful friend and coworker. She left us far too soon, but her spirit will be with us always.

Knowing that I will see Rica tomorrow for one last time is incomprehensible. Her joyous spirit, unconditional love, brightening smile, uplifting happiness and pure soul will always shine bright at the Spine Institute and forever in my heart. Rica I already miss your Love at the office. I remember you greeting me every Monday asking how my weekend was. The office is not the same without you. I know you are  in a better place without pain and looking down smiling at all the people you touched in your wonderful life. You will be more than missed but we will never forget your kindness and love.
