Regan Alexis Cole-Graham, 36, of Los Angeles, CA passed away on January 31, 2026 due to injuries sustained in a car accident while bike riding with her family. She was seven months pregnant with her third child, a girl. Regan’s baby, Ophelia Katherine Graham, delivered through emergency C-section, did not survive the trauma of her mother’s injuries, and passed the day after Regan.
