Regan's obituary

Regan Alexis Cole-Graham, 36, of Los Angeles, CA passed away on January 31, 2026 due to injuries sustained in a car accident while bike riding with her family. She was seven months pregnant with her third child, a girl. Regan’s baby, Ophelia Katherine Graham, delivered through emergency C-section, did not survive the trauma of her mother’s injuries, and passed the day after Regan.

Regan was born in Orlando, FL on September 6, 1989, the second of four girls. She was a force to be reckoned with and never let anything hold her back. Whether it was on the soccer field, in her studies, or in the business world, Regan always put forth maximum effort. Determined to one day visit Paris, Regan learned French and did a study-abroad in France during college. This sparked a lifelong love of travel, and over the years she explored several countries around the world with friends, as well as with her husband, Matt, and their son, Dale. Among her most treasured memories was a family trip to Austria to visit the magical Christmas markets together — a perfect reflection of her love for Christmas, her favorite time of year.

Regan was also incredibly outgoing, never failing to make a friend wherever she went. She had an adventurous and fearless spirit that led to many wonderful experiences and amazing people. Her love for others led her to volunteer her time at the USO supporting our nation's troops and their families. Her engagement with military and veterans through the USO led to her further engagement and involvement with the AT&T Veterans non-profit organization leading efforts to package and distribute Care Packages for Service Members through Operation Gratitude, and leading many other similar efforts. She was a mainstay in many Armed Forces, Veterans Day, and Military Mental Health issues and outreach. Recognized for military and veteran support, Regan continued to press for creative and innovative ways to give back. Her most recent effort was a cross-organization effort within Google to provide comfort and care items for unsheltered veterans in the Los Angeles Community.

Regan also never hesitated to help out family or friends when they needed it. Outside of their parents, she was her sisters’ number one champion, always supporting them and cheering them on with a healthy dose of reality thrown in. She cared for all she encountered and cherished each of her friends.

Regan’s career involved Marketing leadership working for DIRECTV / AT&T where she networked extensively on Entertainment and televised content. Regan was a go-to leader as Senior Manager - Product Marketing and Strategy with many accomplishments including:

  • Video marketing department lead for launching new features and revenue streams on the OTT/DIRECTV NOW platforms.
  • Spearheaded strategic capital planning sessions with senior leadership and secured funding for new initiatives with a budget of $120M.
  • Research, ideate, and implement new concept ideas to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace, based on tracking and analyses of industry trends and top consumer-facing features.

Transitioning into Product Marketing, Regan was hired into the Google Pixel organization. She created and published many campaigns and was always seeking new ways to reach broader markets. As Brand Partnerships Lead her energy was notable in many areas:

  • Launched brand partnerships for Google Pixel spanning music, fashion, and sports; notable partnerships include Live Nation, Goldenvoice, National Women’s Soccer League, McLaren, and Bandolier, as well as music artists and sports talent.
  • Led strategic brand marketing planning for music partnerships, defining the cultural strategy, and authoring a multi-million-dollar partnership with Live Nation to drive brand goals.
  • Implemented a new strategy to establish Pixel’s presence at Coachella, delivering an integrated, cross-channel marketing campaign, leading to +23% increase in consumer sales.
  • Led Pixel’s sports strategy for NWSL partnership, onboarding the league and external agency, leading to Pixel brand awareness growth of +6 pts.
  • Created the Pixel-McLaren partner strategy, in partnership with Android, to execute cross-platform programs at key US races utilizing talent partnerships in creative.

Regan's greatest and most cherished accomplishment was her role as a mother. She was a wonderful, animated, and spirited presence in the daily lives of her two “ginger” sons, Dale and Theo. Regan was overjoyed and glowing with the anticipation of welcoming a beautiful ginger girl into the family in April 2026.

Regan is preceded in passing by her grandmothers Pauline Cooke Smith Cole and Katherine Widman Carter, and grandfather Dr. Needham Battle Carter.

Regan is survived by the love of her life, her husband of four years, Matthew Thomas Graham and their two sons, Dale Battle Graham and Theodore Cole Graham of Los Angeles, CA; parents Jeffrey (Colonel, USMCR, Retired) and Katherine Cole of Treasure Island, FL; sisters Carter Fondon (Justin (SSgt, USMC)) of Waynesville, MO, Caitlin Cole of Long Beach, CA, and Rylie Stogryn (Jonathan) of Lomita, CA; grandfather Bobby Donald Cole of Vanceboro, NC;  parents-in-law Gregory Graham, Sr. & Dale Graham of San Ramon, CA; siblings-in-law Gregory Graham, Jr. (YQ Lin) of Glendale, CA and Amanda Graham Brazinski (Brian) of San Ramon, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews: Chaseleigh, Magnolia, & Amaryllis Fondon, Timothy & Zoe Stogryn, Zander, Hazel, & Ivy Brazinski, Serena & Fiona Graham.
