Rebecca “Becky” Sue Noble, née Lipscomb, 78, of Mechanicsville, Virginia, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on January 7, 1948, in Charleston, West Virginia, to Regnall B. Lipscomb and Virginia Mae Kyle.
