I was interested in going to the arts institute like he did, wasn't sure what course I should take, he took the day off the following week. Invited me over to his house for the day & showed me what and day in the life of a chef & pastry chef would be like. The fast paced environment, the orders he was yelling to me. All of it helped me decide that is exactly what I wanted. I applied & got in. I am now a pastry chef living in west Virginia all because of him. I will always remember what you did for me, love you more than words can explain.

I was having a very hard time determining if my career path was the path I was currently on at the time. H sat with me for hours talking about where I saw myself in 3 years, then 6 years finally 10 years. I couldn't give him any answers at that moment. He looked at me and told me if I have can't think of anything then the path I am on is not the right path for me. My career should make me happy, I should look forward to go to work everyday, not looking forward to my days off only. After that conversation with him I changed. I got a position that I love & can see my future looking great from here.
