I worked with Raoul at NYC DEP Office of MIS as CADD Systems Administrator. Raoul was a dedicated professional. I remember his smile would light up the room. He was always a Gentleman willing to go the extra yard to get the job done. My Heart felt condolences to his family. God Bless.
