Raoul Yacinthe, 65, died Saturday, May 14, 2022. Raoul was born in Cap-Haitien, Haiti, on April 11, 1957. He moved to Canada 1972 and moved to the United States in 1979 to attend City College of New York. He graduated in 1981 with his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Shortly thereafter, he went to work for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, where he continued for over 40 years. Raoul was involved …
