Raniel Panlaqui Velez sadly left us on November 4th, 2022 after a five year battle with cancer. He passed away peacefully at the age of 57, surrounded by friends and family. He is survived by mother, Carmen Panlaqui Velez, wife, Glenda Quitoriano Paneda and children, Reneille-Gian Paneda Velez, Raynor-Jerome Paneda Velez and Rynan-Mick Paneda Velez, daughter-in-law, Janelle Thi Son and brothers Rodney Velez and Randy Velez.
