Randall "Randy" Toftee, a proud father, grandfather, and service man, was born on December 12, 1960, and peacefully took his last breath on October 13, 2023. Though many knew him as Randy, he held a preference for his full name, Randall. The memory of his hearty laughter and infectious sarcasm, tempered by love, continues to warm the hearts of those who knew him.
