Ramiro was born on June 2nd, 1961 to Marcolino Montenegro and Mercedes Melo in Villeta, Colombia.
Ramiro was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. For those same reasons Ramiro moved to Miami, Florida in 2002 along with his wife and kids …
