I was staring at these photos... Feeling the love of Ramiro shine through the screen.
Life is weird, how it comes and goes from one memory to the next... how something so heavy and dramatic, can be so light and free the next...sometimes leaving us with peace, other times confused.
As I look at this and feel the slightest fraction of what your family has felt... I cant help but to have the most appreciation, awe, love, gratitude and, respect for this story of Ramiro, Juan, God, and the fight to keep the light shining. My specific perspective of this battle was shared from Juans point of view. My best friend who was thrown into a fight that took every round like an undisputed champion. Juan showed up like I've never seen anyone show up before. As a stand for the light in the darkest of times. The light of love, optimism, the light of life, family, respect, gratitude. Juan showed unwavering resilience and hope, as did Ramiro, through an unpredictable journey expanding consciences and illuminating the people around them, through selfless acts of service. It was the biggest demonstration of love, strength, and commitment I have ever experienced. I just wanted to stop by and pay my respects. My love and condolences to the entire family.

Missing Don Ramiro a lot, it's been a long time since I last saw him, but I have the memory alive. He was always a respectful and kind person with me.
