He was such a kind and caring man towards everyone. We met through being neighbors in Cathedral City at Heritage Park. I only have kind and loving memories of sweet Rafe.

Rafe and I shared great times together at Heritage Park since 2012. Times we shared having dinner in my home: his stories, laughter: are something of memories I cherish. Our love of golf brought us together as my career in exclusive golf county clubs, cemented an outstanding friendship. Hoping you all are at peace with his passing.
