I still can't get to grips with you no longer being with us my friend. I have known you for as long as I can remember. You were one of my best friends and I am going to miss your laugh, your generosity, your love for nature, your love for your friends and most of all your love for your amazing wife Debbie and your two sons Segen and Travis.I was watching the Springboks on Saturday at Kings Park, and I can vividly remember watching a Sharks game there with you - I think it was the first time you watched the Sharks. A Mexican Wave started, and you were like an excited little boy watching that wave coming towards us - I know that you are riding a huge wave now my friend - my brother.Thank you for being my friend and everything you did for me and all your other friends. Life will not be the same without you but we will make sure that your legacy lives on.

Rest in Peace Pierre.

From fishing the streams and dams of central Natal in the 80s to hitting Papuan jungles and Pacific atolls in the 2000s and making movies , Maboeru and I had a lot of laughs and a lot of fun. Rest easy mate. Miss those days at Ngagane Power Station and those bass…catch a few would you…condolences to Debs, Travis and Segen.

Hi so sorry for the family may you RIP Pierre! Condolences to Debbie and boys.

Pierre was my school friend at ingagane power station KZN. Where his parents owned the local retail store.

My fondest memories was slipping school to go fishing-And also horseriding-He always did everything full out!

Love you Brother till we meet again!!

Pierre was my friend, my brother: a fave song of his was: "he ain't heavy, he's my brother 🎶". We were deeply touched by his unwavering kindness, great spirit of generosity and endless patience. Pierre and Debs were an absolute blessing in our lives. What privilege to have known him. A warm lion for you Pierre🍻💗
My sincere condolences to Deb and family. RIP Pierre
