Phyllis Ann Manis Watson was born Sept 27, 1954 in Rogersville, TN to Betty Jewel Gibson and Hugh “Gene” Manis. Phyllis most recently resided in Polo, IL but called Cedar Lake and Lake Dale, IN home for 43 years.
