My heartfelt condolences go out to Michael Vance ( Dad) and to the entire Vance Family and extended Families.❤️ Phyllis will always have a special place in my heart. I have so many memories of her and I going to each other’s house as we lived on the same block and same side of the street. We were camping together with “ Dad” in Death Valley as younger little girls that we were. As we became teenagers, we made the BEST memories in High School.  Phyllis and I would get dressed up in our heels and we would walk to school in them. We didn’t care if they were uncomfortable. We just wanted to dress nice and look our best. As adults, she was a Bridesmaid in my wedding.

“Phyllis, I will forever love and miss you and you will always carry a special place in my heart my Phyllie. Rest in Heavenly peace my beautiful beloved Sister.💖”

Love your Childhood Bestie xoxo,💞

Yvette Chaname Cracchiolo

My sincere condolences to Phyllis's family and friends.  Phyllis faught her fight and wasn't ready to give in to this terrible disease.  Unfortunately, God had other plans.

I have  never met anybody who loved life  more than Phyllis L. Vance.

I first met Phyllis when my sister and I joined her at this place on Old County Road in Belmont, CA. An old boyfriend showed up and the party ended abruptly.  As we were leaving, the ex-boyfriend, not wanting her to leave at the moment ( NMN) was hanging on to her car as we were driving off.🤣🤣 Phyllis kept driving, insisting he let go.  Eventually, he let go and nobody was hurt.   That is my very first time meeting Phyllis and from then on, just good times, alot of good times.

Phyllis was nobody to mess with either. So smart,  strong, determined, and beautiful.  Now, after over 40 years, I just cant stop thinking of all the great times we shared and all the ways Phyllis brought people together.  Phyllis absolutely loved her family and friends and I know that she is singing and dancing with the Angels in Heaven. I'm sure she has already talked them in to a little Karaoke too! Love You Phyllie. I miss you more!  Forever, I will have the Memories of the Wonderdul Friend you were to me and so many more. 🩷🩷🩷💚💚💚  Thank You for being my friend.  Love, Love, Love  Balerina
