Phyllis Ann Poletz, 90, was granted her angel wings on March 3rd, 2020. Her final days were spent surrounded by the love of family and friends, and she passed peacefully in her sleep. She was born to Hershmel & Thelma (Sam) Cull in Minster Ohio on August 25th, 1929.
