Phyllis Barsamian Lekas, 66, of Northbridge, MA, passed away on February 02, 2023 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.

Phyllis was born on October 18, 1956 to Stephen Barsamian and Elizabeth (Perch) Barsamian in Worcester, MA. Phyllis grew up in Worcester where she graduated from South High School in 1974. After graduation, she went on to pursue a career as an insurance adjuster at the Hanover group.

In 1991, she met Russ, and they wed on September 19, 1992, going on to have a son, Nicholas.

When Phyllis had Nicholas, she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Phyllis excelled at inspiring her family and friends, supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. She made it her mission to improve the lives of the ones she loved. Phyllis was passionate about crocheting and when she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in her favorite chair crocheting a new afghan or playing a few games of candy crush. We will miss her greatly.

Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, Stephen and Elizabeth. She is survived by her husband Russ; son Nicholas, 3 step-children; sister Louise, her brothers Leo and Richard, and 10 step-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday March 4, 2023 at Armenian Church of the Holy Translators located at 38 Franklin St. Framingham, MA 01702.
