Phyliss Hamm, 61, passed away December 3, 2023 peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones after a courageous fight with cancer.
Phyliss lived a full and interesting life. As a child she was stationed with her family in the military all around the world, from the Philippines to Hawaii. She was a competitive swimmer in high school and loved the water. Her family eventually settled in St. Petersburg, FL where she met her childhood sweetheart, …
