We are very saddened to read that Phil passed. My husband and I worked with him in the 80s/90s. I remember him for his never ending positive, can-do attitude, no matter the tight deadline we were up against. He knew that if he brought us Frito Lay snacks after meeting with that client, he could get the graphic artists to do whatever was necessary to get the job done. You couldn’t say no when he flashed that infectious smile. I’m sure he is greatly missed, hopefully happy memories will help healing.
Don and I both adored Phil. He was a big man with a big personality. We shared lots of family time together. We played lots of canasta and like all games in which he played, Phil was very competitive! I'm sure Don was waiting at Heaven's gate to welcome our son-in-law...
